Flexible Ways to Work With AMA Consulting

Choose a working relationship and commercial model based on your team structure, project scope, and responsibilities. We agree the details before starting.

Choose a Working Relationship

Start with the engineering responsibilities and collaboration your initiative needs.

Dedicated Engineers

AMA engineers work within your existing team and development processes.

AMA-Managed Dedicated Teams

A dedicated engineering team works on your initiative with an agreed AMA management and collaboration setup.

End-to-End Project Delivery

AMA takes responsibility for delivering a defined scope of work under an agreed delivery plan.

Agree the Commercial Pricing Method

Pricing is a separate decision from who works with you and who manages delivery.

Fixed-Price Projects

A commercial option for sufficiently defined project scopes, with deliverables and change handling agreed in advance.

Time & Materials

A commercial option for work billed according to agreed time, resources, and rates.

Engineer Augmentation Onboarding Context

Our published engineer-augmentation onboarding highlights include a 24h turnaround for the initial consultation, 3-5 days for engineer interviews, 1-2 days for sign-off and kick-off, and a 2-week ramp-up. These figures relate to the engineer-augmentation workflow, not a universal schedule or a guarantee for a new engagement. Actual onboarding is agreed for the specific team and requirements.

Recruitment, advisory work and defined delivery projects have their own scoping and starting arrangements. No identical interview process, minimum commitment or notice period applies to all models by default.

Hiring for Your Own Organization?

Direct hiring is separate from engaging AMA engineers or commissioning software delivery. Discuss the role and recruitment support you need rather than selecting an engineering delivery model.
