We developed a dynamic configuration system that allows platform customization at every level—UI, features, logic, and analytics—unlocking scalable onboarding for enterprise clients.
01 The Challenge
Onboarding new enterprise clients required weeks of manual configuration changes spread across multiple services, databases, and code repositories. Each customization was fragile, undocumented, and required a developer to execute.
02 Our Solution
We designed and built a unified configuration editor: a visual, hierarchical interface that exposes all configurable aspects of the platform — UI theming, feature flags, business logic parameters, analytics tracking — in a single self-service tool. Changes propagate in real-time with a live preview.
